What we expect from sponsors:
Hotel | Event | Attraction | Restaurant | Car Rental
Hotel –
We already have a location rented for our journalists through a top vacation home company, but we would like very much to include your hotel among our reviews. If you would like to be included, you may still invite us to your hotel, and we'll do our best to get someone out there to write it up.
Complimentary room for one night or one week, or a deep discount for members of the media.
Complimentary breakfast, lunch of dinner at one or more of your on-site restaurants.
Other promo services from those offered through your hotel or resort, such as spa, golf, baby sitting or anything else you offer.
Access to interview staff members.
Flyers, brochures, press photos and any other literature available.
Event / Attraction –
Our main focus will be coverage of the must-see events and attractions around the island, but there are sure to be ones that we will miss. We'd like very much to include your attraction among our reviews. If you would like to be included, you may still invite us, and we'll do our best to get someone out there to write it up.
Complimentary admission or inclusion, or at least significantly discounted.
Discount or promo meals at any on-site restaurant or concession stand, if you'd like it included in the review. Often times, an entire, separate review may be written about the food.
Behind-the-scenes access to see how things work.
Flyers, brochures, press photos and any other literature available.
Restaurant –
If you have flyers, brochures or information, that would be helpful. Most restaurants do not.
Discounted or complimentary meals. Offsetting our costs helps our total budget, and will strongly encourage us to include your restaurant, even if it may be out of the way.
Ability to take photographs, interview employees, and see behind the scenes.
Car Rental –
If you have a car rental agency on Puerto Rico, and would like for us to include a review of it, please contact us with your information. Please include the following:
We request a media discount, or complimentary vehicle. Ideal would be for a minimum of one-week.
At the very least, offer your very best publicly available rate, including web, corporate or other discounts.
Let us know what makes your company unique. Whether it's the best cars, lowest rates, most features, roadside assistance, airport service, or drop-off flexibility. We just need to know what makes you the best choice, so we can write it up accordingly.
